We met David in 2001 while vacationing on Quadra Island. It was time for us to take a look at real estate our of our province of Alberta. He took us around Comox and we thought it was to big a change from the big city of Calgary. Then David took us around Sooke looking for land. Being from a city with few trees we could not focus clearly on what to do with a beautiful piece of forest, so we chose to look within the city of Victoria. It took until 2003 for us to feel comfortable being uncomfortable and chose to buy a condo not yet under construction. I have used David Hale as my realtor now on two occasions to sell a home and purchase a new property on two occasions, a total of 4 transactions.
